Om Tare Tu Tare Tu Re Soha is a Buddhist mantra that worships the goddess Tara.

She is a bodhisattva, an embodiment of goodness and compassion, but She is also an embodiment of the warlike fearsome Kali.

Both aspects lead to the overcoming of illusion, fear and disease.
That is why Tara is invoked for healing and protection.

Atma Sahaya has set this mantra to music.

It is a path to the ultimate truth. If you recite it often, you will experience all aspects of Tara over time.
